The Noble Glitch provides digital tools, applications, and print-on-demand products. Services may change, improve, or be discontinued at my discretion.

- You're responsible for keeping your password secure
- You're responsible for all activity under your account
- One person, one account (no sharing)
4. Acceptable Use
Don't use the services to:
- Create illegal or harmful content
- Infringe on intellectual property rights

- Circumvent security measures
- Violate any applicable laws
5. Content You Create
For AI-generated designs and other content you create:
- You own the rights to use your creations
- You grant me a license to store and process your content to provide services
- You're responsible for ensuring your prompts don't infringe on others' rights
6. Purchases & Payments
- Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
- Payments processed securely through Stripe
- Digital products are non-refundable once delivered
- Physical products follow the refund policy
7. Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. I don't guarantee:
- Uninterrupted service availability
- That AI-generated content will be unique or error-free
- Suitability for any particular purpose
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I'm not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
9. Termination
I may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can close your account at any time by contacting support.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, United States.
11. Changes
I may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email or website notice.
